Sewing and creating have been part of my life, since I was a young girl.  I have spent my life understanding the intense value of working with your hands. 

After 35 years working with children with motor challenges, I have recently focused on creating affordable, hand-crafted leather goods.  Participating in a leather handbag workshop, at Penland School of Crafts, provided an unmatchable experience for me to gain confidence in working with leather.  

My intention is to be able to put beautiful, functional bags, pouches, and specialty items, made one at a time in my sewing studio, into the hands of all that love and appreciate the value of handcrafted goods.
